Radio One's Greg James will be cycling through Malvern this afternoon on a tandem bike, on day three of his 1000km charity ride for Comic Relief.
The route will take him through Barnards Green and onto Pickersleigh Road, then onto the Link and along the Worcester road and onto Worcester. 
He is expected to pass through Barnards Green around 2:20pm and Malvern Link around 2:25pm

We would ask that if you are heading out to cheer Greg on this afternoon, to please be considerate as to where you park and stand to show your support, so as not to add to the traffic disruption. 

I have the pleasure of tagging along to the ride today, and will be accompanying the team from Ross on Wye, through Ledbury, Worcester and on to Droitwich.  I've not done as much training as Greg, so forgive me if I look a bit tired and red faced by this afternoon.
